The woman at the photos, Suzanna, was absolutely horrible. Yelling at customers and the man who we complained to had the nerve to think it was funny.

Their phone system is out of order for all Departments after you get through the main incoming message. You just get scrambled garble and can't reach a person.It's not possible to reach a Manager or the Pharmacy. Very poor business.

The store itself is great especially the photo counter, I have had a couple issues with the pharmacy though. They don't have enough staff to do what they need to do.

The lady who worked drive-thru window Friday April 14th at 1pm told me to pull around because my meds were almost ready. Then I set in line for anotger 20 mins for her to tell me she told me to come back at 2. Once corrected she cut off her headset and laughed as she put the boxes/signs in the window. Never spoke another word to me! The rudest I have ever been treated here! My family has been coming here for years! This is ridiculous!

The staff needs more help in the pharmacy. The lines are long and slow. Hate making extra trips to pharmacy for meds that aren't ready.

JeNene is the absolute best! She took mine and my children’s passport photos. All of the circuit clerk staff admired our photos saying they were the best they had ever seen!

The pharmiest wouldn’t fill my prescription one day early so I could leave for work early because I’m a truck driver they try and play a dr roll that isn’t there job there is one pharmacist who has done it for me in the past on several occasions it’s a man I’m not sure of his name and the one who wouldn’t is a woman

Nobody ever answers the phone in pharmacy. Recording that they are assisting other customers plays every 10 seconds. Very annoying. Waste of time. If I could give minus 5 I would.Local customers should call and use pill box pharmacy just down the road.

In my opinion, one of the worst pharmacies in the state! Especially the one at Albertville!! They look for reasons not to have to fill your prescription!!! If they can’t find a reason not to fill them they tell you it’s going to be hours and hours and they MIGHT be ready!!!! Will never go back to another Walgreens for prescriptions or to shop!!! Learn how to run a business wallgreens!!!

Whoever “Anne” is needs to learn about customer service. There is never a reason to literally yell/scold/give attitude to customers over the phone and over something as simple as canceling an order. If i could give 0 stars I would.
