We rented a non-climate controlled unit for about 8 months. The property was kept clean, and I always felt safe when I was at my unit. I would return if the need for storage arises in the future. I highly recommend.

We have rented from Incredible Five Points Self Storage for a long term and have had no problems at all. The owners have always answered the telephone immediately when we call and are courteous and just good people. I would refer my closest friends and family to this business. They are professional and I have no regrets for choosing this location. The faciluty has been kept very clean and the grounds are well maintained. I will continue to rent drom them until my needs for storage are done.

When I rented the unit I explained that I wasn't able to make payment the first week of the month but my account was prorated and made due the first of the month, resulting in late fees EVERY MONTH
