McDaniel storage is the best storage company I have ever used starting with the front desk all that way down to the grandson. This company is awesome. Thank you so much Mr. McDaniel (the son) for all you have done for me and my family. Your parents taught you well on how to be professional and courteous and caring. I f I had a thousand tongues, I couldn't thank you enough. Thank you so much.

worst place to ever hold your things! I have had my lock on my storage cut and my storage broken into twice now. when I told management about it the first time, she says they're sorry and are trying to die down on the theft and B&E. but yet, since then, there have been no cameras out up, no security watching my storage, nothing. this is absolutely ridiculous. if you're thinking about renting a storage building at McDaniels, don't.

The people here are really nice and helpful and I would love to give them more stars but the price is really high. $80.00 a month for a 10×10 unit. It might be a higher price because it's a climate controlled unit but even so 80 a month is still to high.

BRRRRRREAK IN'S!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY lax security. When called to check my own unit, the service member (I do not think this was the owner) was very rude and used profanity. DO NOT rent here. Ask the local police department about the number of break ins before spending your money.

BREAK INS!!!!!! Call the police department and get the number of burglaries before wasting your money here. It's at least 2-3 per year. They have 600 units but cannot hire someone to watch monitors at night?!?!?! VERY lax security. Go to Birmingham or Auburn...

A safe and reliable place to store your valuables. The office team is friendly and attentive. We left our possessions in storage here and moved overseas for a year. Never once worried about any of it!
