DO NOT GO HERE. This place should have their license taken away and shut down forever. I received a manicure and pedicure, and the technician took a nail drill and RUINED my nails. She was just chipping and grinding away at my nail bed and nail top leaving lines ALL OVER the place. My nails are so thin now that the hurt- excruciating pain. I will be filing with the state to have them inspected. No one should have to experience this. Save yourself, don't go.Services: Pedicure

Absolutely horrible I went there for a pedicure I sat down and a roach crawled on my shoulder I freaked out and tried to leave they told me I couldn't because I would waste the nail techs time. I wanted just white polish they ended up painting themGel polish hot pink. After they were done they looked as if a 4 year old painted them. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here.

Excellent nail service professionals. The owner was very accommodating to a specific nail design I wanted. I appreciate his staffs efforts to achieve the look I was seeking. A++ highly recommend.

Cindy was the nail tech I had. When removing my old nails she was not careful of my real nail and my nail bed. She also did not clean the extra acrylic from the sides of my nails. My nails were to wide and did not match my natural nails. My cuticles were “burned” from the drill. Over all not a satisfying experience. Very disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

Thick and bumpy. Left with very messy nails, messy around the nails with dip powder and polish all on my fingers where the nail meets the skin. Dip bled all onto the skin of my fingers. Did not use a fresh pack of cuticle clippers, no clean files, no clean buffers, no use of a fresh clean drill tip. I wanted a thin layer to keep my natural nails from breaking and got a very thick dip set. My dip is basically attached to the skin of my fingers.Services: Dip powder

ZERO STARS.Made an appointment and waited 40 minutes to get at a desk. Guy asked what I wanted. I wanted fake nails. Guy gets up & turns the light off at my desk and begins helping a walk in after waiting 40 minutes already? Couldnt tell me he didn't know how to do fake nails. Sorry for thinking someone knew at a nail salon. I would have said okay just paint them then. I was just abandoned there. I kept asking around like can anybody acknowledge me or help me, anything?! The only reason I was still there is because my mom was getting helped. I'm sitting next to my mom reading her all of these reviews in the middle of the salon. These people have no people skills. The only reason they are in business is bc there's nowhere else for people to go in alex city. This place could not survive in the slightest elsewhere. Terrible way to treat people. People wait hours and hours at this place for no reason except nobody there cares about how they treat people or how this business is viewed in general. Blows my mind!

Rudest owner/manager ever! We questioned a charge for taking off gel polish, he sat and talked about us the entire visit. We knew this because our nail technician kept looking at us!

They will TOTALLY screw your nails up!!! They were shown a picture of a SIMPLE design & said they could do it. What they done was completely different, they didn't even top coat for shine, so the nails are dull, messy, and the glitter looks like dirt. Even the color pattern was messed up.
