I love the workout equipment and have been consistent in working out here for over 2 years now..but lately they have had a issue with the showers not having hot water. ? I have complained to management but haven't gotten a positive response. I Hate to see this place go down, but it's headed that way.

I have been trying to purchase a membership here for three weeks. I have went in person, tried online and through the app and a server error message always comes up when I'm done and submitting everything. The staff are no help and just tell me to wait and try again in a few days. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Had a rough, emotional start to my morning. Decided to go ahead and give Planet Fitness of Alex City a try because I just was not in the head space to deal with the trash and cramped space of my current gym.I have to say I was so pleased with the cleanliness, functioning equipment, space, and most of all the kindness of the customer service! Sharlea/Sharleigha (I'm probably butchering the spelling of her name) was so kind, welcoming, and patient! I'm leaving feeling so much better than I did when I went in! Kindness and great customer service really makes such a difference! I'm so thankful for such a pleasant workout!

This gym is an absolute joke. Computers all down due to maintenance. And some staff members will help you out. I travel from out of town to workout on weekend because my gym in town never open and can’t even help somebody out. Worse place to workout.

Planet Fitness has the worst staff. Planet Fitness staff do not help AT ALL they just stare at you while you’re doing your workout. A woman who works as staff is always talking to her friend in the 30 min workout room, she just stands at a machine, while others try to use the machine. she’s always mopping and is rude if you walk past where she moped she is disrespectful. I DONT RECOMMEND PLANET FITNESS!!!

I enjoyed all the equipment that was available and for the massage table and tanning bed. I felt very relaxed and no criticism or judgment. I look forward to my future work outs.

I signed me and my husband up for the tanning and massage and every time we go in they are having problems, either the hydro massage is not working or the computers are down very dissatisfied

I enjoy the gym. It's clean and the atmosphere is awesome. My only complaint would be that one massage chair has been down almost 3 months. It seems to me that that is an inordinate amount time. As a black card member, I have been disappointed at having it take this long and is still not repaired. I have had to skip it for too long now. If this could be addressed quickly, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

My original review has been hidden from public view so let's try this again. Gym has no trainer. Staff isn't helpful. I was threatened by the manager and a staff member. I do not recommend this gym. Also the account responding to reviews is not the owner of PF. I contacted corporate and emailed the supposed.

No trainer on site, haven't had a trainer in quite a while. Instructors just tell you to use the app, which has beginner workouts but no specific plans if you have certain goals. The staff is rude, hateful, and if you ask questions they don't like they will get mad and threaten you. I tried contacting corporate and emailed the owner about the staff's attitude but they have yet to respond or contact me about my concerns. I do not recommend this gym for anyone. Also thier perks, such as massage chairs, angel machine, and tanning beds are always broke.
