    I went to get a FREE phone because we have the bundle, cable, phone. Internet.
    They would not give me my free phone as I had to pay an additional 250.00.
    We now do not have spectrum

    The workers were there.... not really interested in serving you. Got what I needed and got out. The check in system seems to be broken or just not working at all
