Staff very helpful especially the manager. He took time to explain and told us to call him if we needed any additional help. They were busy at times so there was a little wait.

Got educated on what they cannot do before I was even greeted. Customer service is poor. Spectrum/charter is the McDonald’s of internet though - nobody really likes the experence but it gets the job done.

I'm not sure if it's always busy or if we came on a busy day, but there's always a line, or you have to wait for one reason or another. And all I needed to do was turn in my router and modem. If it's a tactic to get people to buy a new phone, they'll have to lower their prices for me to buy one.
