I would honestly give a 0-star review. The passport clerk is always absent with zero notice ahead of time, especially if you have an appointment already. Don't waste your time coming here. They could care less. You're better off going to the courthouse.

Out of my whole 'almost' 30 years of life, I have never been to a better office! EVERYONE treats you like family! They are SUPER sweet and caring! I will never go to another office in my life again and I wish I could have gone to them the whole time! If you are questioning if you should go here, please don't question it! Please go! You won't be sorry!! I recommend Alexandria Family dentistry to everyone!! If I had a choice, they would get 10 million stars!!! Thank y'all so much!!!

The man was not helpful. He would not answer my questions directly, and I feel like I was over charged. Next time I will go through UPS.

Always friendly service inside, route drivers always comes to the house to pick up packages for mailing that won't fit into my mailbox. Never had a problem with lost packages or mishandling.

This staff has been so professional, friendly and extremely committed to serving our community during COVID. They have been faced with an overload of packages during these challenging times but we have always received excellent service and no issues.
