Dixon Service Center is a reliable and affordable tire shop in the local community. Customers praise the quick and efficient service, with one reviewer noting they were "in and out in one day for a much lower price." The owner, though initially seeming gruff, is described as a "old softie" who goes above and beyond to assist customers, even leaving a customer's house to change a tire on a new travel trailer. Overall, Dixon Service Center is highly recommended for its excellent service and friendly staff.
We broke down right in front of their shop and they were able to diagnose and repair a problem. They were very kind and helpful. There was no sign of trying to rip me off in our time need, but willing to help out a stranded motorist.
