“Best experience I’ve ever had for tires. Friendly, accommodating and, most importantly, honest. Most are just eager to make the sale but not here. So, Thursday at 4:15 and 2 hours from home, my tire needed air for 2nd time today. I find a pesky nail in my tire so I went to the local “W” because I know they’re open later. Finally a tech assists me but they do not have my size tire. I panic and start calling tire stores starting with the closest. First 4 did not answer, next one went to voicemail and then I called Roadmart. I did not even hear the first ringtone when I realized this was not a recording. He says they have the size tire and could install it but needed to be there soon. After they pulled fire off the tire they couldn’t find the nail and asked if I still wanted to change the tire. I couldn’t believe they were more interested in providing the right service and not the money.All in all a super experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for their fast friendly service!”

“Visiting the area from Michigan. On the way through Tennessee, we started getting a noise from the passenger side rear wheel. Upon reaching our cabin, the noise had graduated to the brakes acting up.Using Google I found Ron's, we took the car by just before 5 pm, he immediately had the car jacked up and diagnosed it was the brakes causing the problem. They called the parts place to get new brakes, assured me it wasn't too far gone to be a safety issue, and to come back the next morning at 9. I got there just before 9 and they had me back the car into a bay and immediately got to work on it. The car was finished quickly and I was back on the road a little after 10.He showed me the brake shoes they replaced and I saw my brakes weren't wearing evenly. I can't speak highly enough about Ron. He was quick with the diagnosis, addressed my issues quickly, his prices were very reasonable, and I was happy with the work. “I cannot believe what I am reading in these reviews. Our 2013 Yukon XL broke down while driving to Florida on Spring Break. Shannon sent a tow, stooped everything he was doing in the garage, sent a few guys to the auto parts store, replaced a drive belt and wheel, all in under an hour. Then, when presented a bill he said all we owed to him was $63 for the parts. He refused to take extra money for the tow, labor, anything. My four kids ran around his shop giving treats to his dogs while we waited too - they didn't mind at all. Then, to our complete surprise, that night after arriving in Destin my phone rings and who is it....? Shannon himself calling to check in and make sure we got to our spring break destination!! Being from Wisconsin we know what "Wisconsin Nice" is and if I didn't know Shannon was from Alabama I would've bet he was from Wisconsin. Our experience was 5+ stars all the way.
