Explain the problem, it either is fixed or he tells you where to go to get it fixed.Prices are higher than shade tree mechanics but far less than the big box places. I say for the lack of hassle and having my car back the next day they're worth it.

So we were driving through Andalusia, AL from a 5 day trip in Destin Florida and starting experiencing some car issues and ultimately the car would not start once we pulled over and turned it off. We left early in the A.M. so it was still during business hours so we googled the closest mechanical shop, which happened to be Bobby's Auto Repair. We asked him if he was available today and he said bring it over. Well since the car wouldn't start we asked him for a recommendation on a tow company to call, which he did. Tow was quick and well priced, Once he figured out the problem he wasn't able to get some parts until the next day. He had a friend drive us to the nearest hotel and pick us up the next day. He was done with our vehicle by 11 a.m. the next day and his price was very reasonable. We made it back to Indiana without anymore problems!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Got an exhaust done and the tech who did it did not tie up any of the lines or wires in places they could potentially melt and that’s what happened. My smog pump lines are completely melted in half definitely don’t recommendService: Exhaust

I got a true dual exhaust instead of a dual exhaust put on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. My snog pump lines were not tide away from the exhaust it melted in half and almost burnt my Jeep to the ground. Very poor welds and way to close to crucial components
