Went in today to purchase accessory the young girl that was working is very unprofessional very rude has a attitude definitely does not need to be working in a retail store most definitely will not do business with this cricket branch I will drive to Greenville or to Brewton or elsewhere I refuse to do business with a branch that I've been a member of Cricket Wireless for 6 years and have a employee be very rude and make me feel like she doesn't want to help me with what I was coming in there for

My dad and I came today to have my brother's cellphone set up with Cricket, and we were blessed to be met by Ms. CeCe(Consia) who proved to be the sweetest and most helpful employee that can be found. She helped me set up a phone for myself as well, and she made the process super easy. She handled everything for us, including transferring my phone data, installing a screen protector, and setting up my HBO account. We couldn't have asked for better help Ms. Consia. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
