It’s a mess, the pharmacist are typically great. It really just comes down to they’re worked to death and some of the people that work the drive through are absolutely rude for no reason out the gate . I go out of my way to not be rude ever and still get it for no reason . I’m not fragile it’s all good but between having to make four or five calls to get one thing straight and then being treated ugly I’ve moved on after 20 years of using them . It’s only one or two that are rude the rest do all they can . The issues with getting things straight are simply being worked to death issues .

Why would you close your pharmacy for everyone to take a lunch at the same time and close the pharmacy?

I'm leaving this review on all my accounts because I think it's that important for the public to see how shoddily this pharmacy is run.The female pharmacist here is as unhelpful as she possibly can be. She speaks down to customers as if trying to belittle them. I moved RX's here and all were due the same day every month. Within 3 months of being with CVS, my RX's are now spread across the whole month and she says the online "ScriptSync" service does not work the way the website says it does and refused to make the changes I requested then said I'd have to call in EVERY month and request my RX's be partially filled to have them on the same day. She was rude and disrespectful throughout the entire 16 minute phone call and said she knows best because she has worked for CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart pharmacies. Sounds to me like she's a know-it-all who really knows very little.

Mother had surgery and needed her prescriptions and the employee on the phone refused to help in any way, shape or form. If i could give less than one star I would

Today I called and ask if they would please pull ear drops from the shelf for my 95 year old father, who lives at Savannah Terrace and someone would pick up. They have a credit card on file. I was told that since it wasn't a prescription that she couldn't do so. I ask to speak with the pharmacist, but was told he couldn't help me either. I cannot accept this type of service.

I get my prescriptions filled here, and shop in the store several times per month. The employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I used to get my prescriptions at 2 other pharmacies in town, and I much prefer CVS. They are faster getting my prescriptions ready, and willing to answer any questions that I have.

They've okay. From what I no, a recording has called me serveral time telling me that I have a. Prescription ready when we get there we have to wait most of the time. I were called this month Dec. 2021 saying that my prescription was ready so I talked to someone and it weren't that was on Sunday so I were told to call back that Monday. I told who ever I was talking to about 2 months ago would I like to get my prescription every 3 months so I said yes. Haven't happen yet. I said something about it this time and it still didn't happen. A matter of fact I asked that Monday when I called back could they mail it to me, the answer was yes. Well do you think it were mailed no. I called back out there. And I asked had it been mailed. It was still in the store. So I went and picked it up.

Have you ever been in a store where they answer your questions but they do it so rudely you end up wishing you had never asked...the pharmacy in this store falls under that dubious distinction. I finally convinced my son that all the misinformation he had heard about the Coviid vaccine was just that, misinformation. We got to the store and walked back to the pharmacy and asked the young lady if they accepted walk-ins to which she replied that they do. I then stated that my son wanted to get the vaccine. She then stated that they were so slammed with walki-ins that morning, there were 2 people already in the already vaccinated chairs, that she couldn't get to him till later in the afternoon. I then asked if we could make an appt to which she answered we could if we went online...all the right answers were given. But the problem lies in the nasty tone and the rolling of her eyes as I asked these questions. I remained polite and calm and said thank you and walked away with my family in tow. My son, who already didn't want to get the vaccine, said it would be a cold day in a bad place before he went back to this pharmacy. While admonishing him for his bad language, I also reminded him that he needed the vaccine for his safety and those around him and that he shouldn't let one bad interaction affect that decision. Thanks CVS in Andalusia for making an already hesitant person even more so because of your rude pharmacy staff. There was nothing wrong with the answers but the delivery left a lot to be desired!

I dropped scripts off after leaving the er. I was told 1-2 hrs. I went back just before 2 hrs to be told 30-60 mins. They were to call when it was ready. Almost 4.5 hours and no call it's ready.

This particular pharmacy I feel has lost alot of business in the past 4 to 5 years. Including my own! I refuse to shop there again and recommend that if you're a dedicatedcustomer and you've a need to fill a prescription every once in a blue moon months pass before you may need another script filled they'll say "NO" you don't use OUR pharmacy but every once in a while and we can't fill your prescription unless you always come here every month to fill all your medicines! Well apparently being my dedicated pharmacy and needing a prescription filled they refused!!! Which I imagine they've got every right to do so. But we also have limited freedoms and can choose a voiced opinion to any human being. Nevertheless it's all irrelevant... It's all about who you know in Covington County and I imagine there philosophy says "to get along, you got to go along"!!! Anyway definitely recommend a different pharmacy until management can implement a new customer policy at this store. Without your customer you have no business. Ciao....

The staff at the CVS in Andalusia, AL is wonderful. They are friendly, caring, and patient. They will take time to explain both medication and insurance issues, And do what they can to help resolve any problems you may be having with either. Everyone from the ladies at the front counter to the people working the drive-up window all exemplify true customer service.
