Quick service, but not really worth the price. My nails tend to break quicker from here as well. Nails were cut pretty uneven and it felt very rushed. My cuticles weren’t trimmed or even pushed back, he just immediately goes in with the electric file and sort of aggressively just filed my skin around. The polish came out uneven and bumpy. The older man is very nice and offered me a water, but the younger guy seems like he kinda hates his life and it makes the experience awkward, uncomfortable, and makes me feel like he doesn’t care to put in effort to nicely do nails. ? the pedicure was okay. I paid for the luxury one and the scents were nice. I feel as though they didn’t spend enough time removing calluses and other dead skin, which is ideal for a pedicure obviously. The one redeeming thing about this was the nice old man. I don’t think I’ll be returning unfortunately.

The man who did my full set completely covered my cuticles with acrylic. Man was very rough with the drill as if he was short tempered about something. Probably bc I asked for a French tip but instead of one coat of an under tone color they always use. I wanted 2 coats bubble bath to hide my natural nail and he told me no without a reason. Not to mention no manners on the phone or in person. Us southern women expect to be treated with kindness especially in a nail salon who is as expensive as this one. He did great work as far as the fine lines. One thing he can improve on is manners and making the client happy and a priority

Very rude man at the front that done my nails. He threw the example nails onto the table in front of me after i had to stop him from doing the wrong color because he wouldn’t listen to what i wanted in the beginning. He was very rough with everything he done and overall just had a crappy attitude over everything. I highly recommend NEVER coming here! He left residue on my fingers and still didn’t even do my nails right and after i had to show him the inspiration picture THREE times.

I would never go to this nail salon again. I went with my SIL and Mom. They cut my SIL toenails too short and the paint job was horrible. It was all over her toes. My experience was even worse. The man that did my toes did not even cut the dead cuticles or anything else. He cut the nails, scrubbed my feet and he was done. I wanted the french manicure and he didn’t know what he was doing. He left so much gel in my cuticle areas. I had to make him re-do my two big toes because it was all smeared looking. I would stay away from this place. It was very expensive too. I think they all just didn’t have enough experience in what they were doing. UGH! I had to have my gel removed and redone at another salon.

not a great experience... smelled bad inside and didn't fully remove my old gel. this resulted in bumpy, uneven nails. my friend's nails were cut uneven and were bumpy when finished. it was still very expensive and not worth the price. two of the employees were yelling at each other in the back of the store which was very uncomfortable. also, one customer was getting her nails done and the nail technician left for half an hour plus and didn't come back before we left (so she was just sitting there with half done nails). if smoking or vaping bothers you, i wouldn't go here becuase there was a costumer vaping. i would recommend you chose somewhere else worth the price.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Did horrible job. And wouldn't even do what originally went in and asked for. Will not be going back. As a mom of 3 kids, this was my one day in a very long time to spend some time and money on myself and it was very frustrating to have that experience.
