Service is always going down it is very unreliable so from my printers quit working too much up-and-down my alarm system that I pay money for is always down because I don't have Wi-Fi service half the time and they just keep fixing it and fixing it and it's not fixed. I am so fed up with this company if you want good service its not here.

Predatory business practices like used car lots . Data caps even on the GiG @150$!!!! A month . Constant creeping bill and 1/10th the upload speeds compared to download . If they can get away with it they will basically. I appreciate them upgrading our infrastructure but they're just asking to be taken over the momment something better comes along . The internet itself has been reliable .

If they need to come out, they say they don't raise your rates but they always do. Internet sometimes down or drags slowly at times. Very annoying. Help is okay but sometimes have to call them a second time and sometimes the internet is down in the area for up to 10 hours possibly. I don't count the hours but it seems like a long time but when you're in the middle of a movie or something, it's very upsetting.I think the rates are too high just for internet and a modem rental it's 73.00 a month. Not sure if that's high or not. Have had them for a few years now..

This is the ABSOLUTE worst cable and internet service I have ever come across. Cable doesn't work 80% of the time and internet is nowhere near what you pay for. Customer service is just as sorry. They say they will credit you for all the time service was disrupted but NEVER do. Avoid this company and their service AT ALL COST!!!!!!

Sick and tired of the prices going up. Paying two years in and its increased 70 dollars. Im paying 140 for just internet! Do not recommend... mobile hotspot will suffice.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would definitely do that! This company requires over $170 to book services but that was over two weeks ago. 3 phone calls later- each time they say they don’t have the manpower to come out but won’t refund the money!

Office people are amazing! Went up there they were on lunch but opened the door right at 2 when lynch was over an were super nice as soon as I walked in the door. Asked for a remote an they didn't hesitate to help me! I really appreciated that.

Advertised price for one gig service and a variety pack TV $129. Actual price using one TV $189.64. Just so you guys do not have to do math in your head, there is a difference of $60.64 in their advertised price and their actual price. This company will rob you if you let them. On another note if we have the slightest rain in Andalusia the cable goes out. That is a line maintenance problem. For those that don’t know on the power poles on the bottom row that is your cable line. The boxes are the junctions. inside those Junction boxes should be weather-shielded. My guess, most of them are not and that is the reason we lose Internet when it rains.

The lady waiting on customers was very nice but the way they had the office area for paying customers was really harsh. I ask her where was her help and she said they had to maintain 6’ distance and couldn’t have any other office person helping, but they had big sheets of plexiglass separating them and the customer. My question is why couldn’t they do the same for each other. One guy had to sit on the floor because he was old and couldn’t stand long. Horrible office conditions. Manager should be ashamed.

Contrary to rumors I found the staff to be very forthcoming with answers to my questions and exceptionally helpful with problems with the internet. Send somebody out almost immediately once I had set up a scheduled maintenance request the person came out within an hour before he was supposed to. found this fascinating and spectacular. Good job Mediacom keep it up.
