Easy access. Seems to always have the movies I want to rent. No scratches on the DVDs. I love my redbox and the perks of having the app on my phone.

It's okay, but with streaming movies on your smart tv, it's a bit dated to have to return a disk, and if you don't, the late charges add up quickly.
