Had a great experience today. Was looking for Pooph which is for pet odor & stain eliminator and when I asked Thalia who was In the shoe department she new exactly where the display was and walked me directly to me. This employee went above and beyond to do her job. I love this due to them doing this and I thought it was a lost art. TYVM. Also spoke to store manager

1 Ive never had problems with Walmart. In these days and times we need to help each other . Ber kind and help those that are not sure of what they need. That's not their job but yours. My Husband sent his daughter to this tire center. He told her what tire to get and to tell the employee that we wanted to get the same kind of tire that was on it. She told him this. He took her and showed her a tire that was considerably more costly and that's all you had. All she knew was that she was to tell him she wanted the same tire that was on our car. When she got home my husband looked and it was not the same tire. We took a picture of the one on the website thats like ours. She went back and they told her they didnt have it stock but could order but then could not tell her when the truck would come in. they told her she would have to buy anouther tire since she had rode on that one.We live a few miles down the road. So now we have 1 tire that does not match the other 3.A tire that we need but I refuse to pay for 2 tires . But I can't. So thanks Walmart for not understanding cause you wanted to make a sell and they didnt know any better. By the way it's mismatched and it was on the front so now it doesn't ride like it.s suppose to. It pulls and it's dangerous. Not Happy at all.

Wallmart needs to hire more checkers or anything .. it is a zoo now and hate going there

Nice clean stocked super Walmart for a pit stop in Andalusia. Looks new or remodeled. Subway inside as well.
