I have brought 2 different items 2 different times from the Anniston store and the salesman Mike was very nice and honest the transactions both times went just as Mike said I will definitely purchase from him again.

I financed an Amana Washer Dryer set on July 25, 2024 In the Anniston appliance center. It was delivered and set up the next day. Today is August 9th and the dryer has NOT worked in over a week. AFTER a horrible 2 days of running back and forth to Alabama Power and talking on the phone with numerous people who COULD NOT help me, I finally got an appointment for a repair man to come out today only to say the motor was burned out, a part had to be ordered and he would return to fix it upon receiving the part!!!! Now I have to go another week not being able to dry clothes. How can a new
dryer have a burned out motor, I've only used it twice with small loads? I thought I was making the right choice by going here and not a rental place but I was wrong.

Alabama Power Appliance Center I was greeted with so much friendly, patience and respect by the staff. I had a purchased a stove and washer from them.
