Because we are a cooperative, all our members are part owners of the credit union and have the right to democratically elect the Board of Directors, a group of volunteers who helps guide the credit union's progress. Have had a great experience at this Emblem branch thanks to Phillip Pottard. The customer service he has provided me the past week is a rarity nowadays. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend Emblem Credit Union in Anniston and ask for Phillip!!
