Woman at the front desk who runs the establishment is flat out rude. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I went in for a “tour”.. all I got was a window peep of the pre k room. Woman who was in charge of my tour was nice, however, she had a hard time maintaining eye contact and proceeded to tell me the pre k class was full— when I could’ve been told that over the phone the day prior instead of coming in learning that and than offered a daycare spot which was not needed nor what I wanted. It kept being offered to me after I had made it clear I was looking for pre k. Nothing crazy, but annoying. I peeped a teacher yell/shout at a young child to “GO TO THE BATHROOM.”in a way that was unnecessary and could’ve been handled better. Not something you want to see especially when “touring” the place you thought you wanted to place your child. There are plenty of places to take your kids. Please look around before you decide.

My child attended this daycare for years. When the new director took over the daycare went down. In the time she has been there she would not talk to the parents and only talked to certain kids at drop off. There was never enough staff for the amount of kids that are/where in the building. She has said to the few parents that she will talk to that the building is like that because of the previous director and assistant director. I never worried about my child when they was there with the pervious. I have removed my child because of how she is running the building. Almost all the teachers my child loved is gone now. Childcare Network in Anniston is not a daycare I will recommend to any parent. It is now being ran very shady and I have not heard any better since pulling my child.

I was truly blessed when I found childcare network! My 2yo loves it here and loves all his teachers and friends! Ms. Zenobia has been such a great addition to the program! My son has dietary restrictions and Ms. Z always goes above and beyond to make sure his needs are met!

Worst place ever, complain about my son flashing other kids when they let them go in bathroom together! And this new director there is terrible!

We love Child Care Network and all of their staff, my daughter has been going here since she was in the infant class and she is now in t the 3 year old/Pre K 3 class. Everyone knows the children by name, even the teachers that are not actually in their class, they keep you informed on everything that is going on and I always feel like my daughter is in good hands while she is there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for childcare.

I called to see if they were accepting new registration and the Guy who answered the phone made it seem like they were accepting new clients. He took all my information including my child’s info sat up an appointment had me drive almost 10 miles in the rain all for them to tell me they had a waiting list when he could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time. Not only did i have other business in that area, I could have reserved that time to handle my business instead of coming here. Total waste of time and gas

I liked it at first, but when I did a sit in visit with my child I discovered that two males go in the bathroom at the same time with no stall or anything just two toilets next to each other and the same procedure goes for the females. I got told it’s DHR AL guidelines. I called other schools and they informed me that there is one bathroom and privacy with the door closed and no other child in the bathroom. As a parent this is very alarming ?. As well as, the door isn’t shut all the way at times to the bathroom making kids visible/exposing them to who ever walks in. I don’t know if current folks that bring there child/children know this but future perspective customer/parents just a heads up. I hope that DHR changes these guidelines and sees that most parents wouldn’t be ok with their kid using the bathroom with another same gender classmate if they were truly informed on this standard at time of enrolling their child at a school.

This place has been home to my youngest daughter, who is 26 now. My granddaughter went there as well. Now my grandson is attending this GREAT school. I couldn’t find a staff so caring and knowledgeable at another place to send my babies. Thank you for the care and education that they have received at Childcare Network-Oxford.
