βThis location is rebuilding after construction and the team has been amazing in making sure customers are kept up to date on all the changes and the new food concept is wonderful.β
βGreat stores with friendly employees who care about the quality of work they do. As building in the area increases, traffic woes do as well, but that is something the city will need to figure out. Expansion is good for the area. They just need to work out the details.β
βI love the way the staff treat their customers. They greet you when you walk thru the door, everytime. They are helpful if needed and always friendly. The prices are a little high but the friendliness and banter between the staff and customers makes it worth paying a little extra. If there is an item that you want, like a candy bar they don't carry or a certain brand of something you like all you have to do is ask for Ms Sheila she's the Store Manager (the one with the long blonde hair) and she will do everything in her power to start carrying it there. Also I read the review by that woman who tried to make her out to be prejudice and I was there that day she and her husband came in the store and MsSheila never said anything at all evien close to being racist she got mad at her for not letting her fill up a huge mug that the inside was at least 44oz and wasn't a normal cup from that store and they wanted to fill it up for refill prices and Ms Sheila said she was sorry that she couldn't let them do that and that lady got mad and wasn't very nice to Ms Sheila but she did a great job at keeping her cool, better than I think I could have. As far as the other accusations she made about her I never personally experienced anything like that nor have I seen anyone else be treated that way and I've been going to that store since I was a kid way before it was bought by the current owner and Ms Sheila was hired. She's always been helpful to me- all the ladies who work there are.β

βSam and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Providing Great customer service. Place is very clean, including bathrooms. Have lots to offer to include typical convenience store items and liquor store attached. Go by and give them your business!β

CVS apparently restricts its one-star reviews, which I've tried to leave. Don't be fooled by all the 5-star reviews. I'm sure they would be way overwhelmed if they weren't restricting 1 star review. This is the worst CVS of all time, and you should avoid it at all costs. The disrespectful, unprofessional staff here really takes the cake.
And the customer service line was absolutely useless.β
βI honestly love the people that work here none of them are rude, the owner is really cool, and the pizza is freaking great! Just saying all in all this hole in the wall store is a great place to shopβ

βStore was immaculate. Sarah was the clerk and was mopping when I entered. She was so nice! ( I had muddy boots, thankfully, I didn't leave a mess)
Just my opinion, the prices seemed a little higher than other places.
Easy to navigate the parking lot with my truck and 2-horse trailer.β
βThis store is always clean and always so welcomeing. They have some of the best young ladies working here and the manager is amazing!!Its always hard to find GOOD help in this lime of work, but if you find them...KEEP THEM!! The ladies working here, especially the manager, are definitely for sure keepers!!Keep up the good work ladies, its not easy what you do so thank you for putting up with us customers lol!!β
βThey have the lowest prices in town on most items, when I first started going there i kind of felt rushed by the guys who run the place. Now that I'm a regular customer i understand why they do kinda rush, they don't want anybody to have a long wait. They are working their butts off so they can get us in and out so we can get back to work or whatever it is were doing. I have grown to respect them alot. You won't be disappointed, the prices are cheaper than any other store in the area for the same products.β

βHaley at Walgreens in Golden Springs goes above and beyond to say the least. My prescription wasnβt available at this location. She called other pharmacies and locations and was able to find my prescription. The most help I have ever received from a pharmacy. She deserves a raise! Thanks so much for everything Haleyβ

βThe lady that was working when I arrived at 4:15 am was so sweet. She was apparently suffering with a foot or leg problem and was out cleaning the store as I came in. She hobbled to the register as fast as she could and then apologized. She had no reason to apologize because she was doing great. She could have been propped up somewhere instead of out cleaning. Great customer service.β
βI've been a Walgreens customer for over 10 years. The service is good and the staff are usually friendly. Whenever I have questions the pharmacist is often very helpful. I've even gotten flu and covid boosters from them with no problems. I recommend Walgreens if you are looking for a local pharmacy.β
βGot swabbed for a PCR COVID test on Sunday (more than 90 hours ago) and still no results. The staff at this Walgreens location is great. They also gave me the number to the lab to check on the progress of the results after 65 hours. The lab customer service rep could only say that the results were βpendingβ and that they would send a message to the lab techs that we were traveling so please rush the results. That did not seem to help anything, so we had to pay for last minute tests to be able to fly internationally. I imagine that the lab that this Walgreens uses is overwhelmed these days with the recent surge, so plan accordingly.β
βOn 10/11, Michele at this location took goode care of us. She was swamped and I was stressed. But she made everything right. A problem with the pump wasn't anyone's fault. But she had a fix for us. And she genuinely cared. Thank you so very much.β
