“I got a covid rapid test done here and the older man who tested me and delivered my results to me was phenomenal. He was gentle and explained everything before the test. When he came back with my results 10 minutes later, he was very kind and was able to answer my questions regarding the covid tests. I highly recommend getting tested here. It is no appointment required and all you have to do is sign up online beforehand and text when you're there.”

“This is the BEST Pharmacy in Calhoun County and most likely; way further than that! Why sit on the phone for longer than ten minutes with your current pharmacy on hold to speak to someone when you can use Martin’s in Anniston and have the best and fastest service available! They are all the friendliest people and really treat you like family. I would give way more than five stars if I could. This is the pharmacy you are looking for!”

“My goodness, I live in West Point GA, as I travel to and from Huntsville, I always stop at this particular Winn Dixie. The prices are incredibly great for my family.”

“Only visited one time due to primary pharmacy stock issues. Never filled here before, but Martin’s answered the phone quickly, provided a precise answer to my question, and filled the prescription within 15 minutes of our arrival.”

“Chris is an excellent pharmacist and keeps the store running smoothly. He answers all of your questions and gives honest input. He has a great reputation around town as a man and as a pharmacist. I trust him and will continue going to this store to fill all my prescriptions.”

“Great stores with friendly employees who care about the quality of work they do. As building in the area increases, traffic woes do as well, but that is something the city will need to figure out. Expansion is good for the area. They just need to work out the details.”

“CVS is not my regular drug store. I called for cash pricing on my sons Epipens. Who live out of state because they can’t get them in ND. Too expensive. They had me bring in his prescription. They had to order the medicine before they could price it. They went on line and found a manufacturer coupon for $300.00. So with his insurance and the coupon they got on line it didn’t cost him anything., but was $649.99 with insurance and coupon. They went above and beyond to help my family and I would use them again. Thanks pharmacy employees.”

“This is just to review my COVID-19 test experience and not any other retail services of the store. There is a pre-step before coming on site for the actual swab test. One has to go online and fill out a questionnaire and reserve an appointment time. After submitting this portion, you wait again for them to "confirm" for the actual test to be placed. For me, that took a day or so between clicking online submission and receiving the email confirmation to proceed onsite. I requested the PCR (self-swab) test and the email instructions read to come to the drive thru lane. Onsite testing at-a-glance: We were slightly frustrated when we were told that we were in the "wrong lane" at the drive thru - so if you're coming here for your COVID test, come to the inner lane, closer to the staff window. After 10 extra minutes of switching lanes and waiting, I am handed two bags - one is the LabCorp bag with the vial tube (where you place your signed consent form) and the second is a smaller bag with the nasal swab (looks like a q-tip). They will guide you to self-swab both nostrils and to place the swab into the vial. There's a box to the right where one can drop the LabCorp bag with your now swab enclosed vial and hurah, it's done! While I did feel a bit bad for the cars behind us while they had to wait until I did all of this, but personally speaking, it was quite a simple visit that didn't take long. The only catch is that the staff also weren't too sure how billing would exactly play out (apparently I came the second day they rolled this out at this location), but the staff were told that the insurance info provided at the online questionnaire will be directly billed by the laboratory processing the test (LabCorp). So no actual payment is discussed at the specimen collection. We'll see how smoothly (or not) this part goes.”

“Haley at Walgreens in Golden Springs goes above and beyond to say the least. My prescription wasn’t available at this location. She called other pharmacies and locations and was able to find my prescription. The most help I have ever received from a pharmacy. She deserves a raise! Thanks so much for everything Haley”

“Got swabbed for a PCR COVID test on Sunday (more than 90 hours ago) and still no results. The staff at this Walgreens location is great. They also gave me the number to the lab to check on the progress of the results after 65 hours. The lab customer service rep could only say that the results were “pending” and that they would send a message to the lab techs that we were traveling so please rush the results. That did not seem to help anything, so we had to pay for last minute tests to be able to fly internationally. I imagine that the lab that this Walgreens uses is overwhelmed these days with the recent surge, so plan accordingly.”
