I had a wonderful experience at Cooper Chevrolet / GMC in Anniston, Alabama. My salesperson, Brandon Haver, has been incredibly patient and helpful over the past two years while I searched for the right vehicle. He never rushed me and always took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt confident in my decision.
Brandon even involved the general manager to assist, and together they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect car.

I drive my car in on Monday last week for various services. I received 3 calls that day to approve work(charges), and was told of an additional problem which would double the cost of repairs, but could be completed the next day. My car was not ready until Thursday afternoon. I could not get it until the next day (Friday). When I went to pick up my car, the service light was still on, I turned off my car went back into the service department. I was told they thought they fixed it and would check it out and call me later that day. They did not call me Friday, Monday, or Tuesday. I called Tuesday and left a message and did not receive a call back. I have received no updates. I paid in full Friday and they still have my car.
