this is the fifth time that they have messed up my uncle seizure medicine and all they can say is they don't understand why we didn't get the medicine this is uncalled for I can understand once or twice but no no third my uncle has been dealing with this seizures all his love and he has finally got him under control and now you're telling me y'all just don't know what happened sounds like you need to go in and hire a new people because y'all were playing with people's lives and your employees don't even care

The check in and vaccination process was very smooth and all the workers I encountered were extremely pleasant.

Their customer service is very much lacking. When picking up prescriptions they did not go over a single bit of it. When we asked if that was everything called in, they said yes, when in fact it wasn't. When I called to ask why we were missing items and complain about the service we received, I was hung up on. They had to take our insurance cards multiple times because apparently they weren't entering them in correctly. We waited over 2 hours from the time pediatrician called in prescriptions and they still weren't done so we had to make the 45 minute drive back, only to not receive everything we needed. WENDY was who we spoke to on the phone was whoever checked us out did not have a clue what she was doing. Definitely will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere.
