If I could give them 10 stars I would. Tammy made finding shoes easy. I have a huge brace that made it impossible to find shoes in a regular shoe store. I kept putting this off going because of the disappointment in other shoe stores. I finally broke down and made the appointment, I went in and sat down with Tammy and just cried, she comforted me and reassured me that we would find the perfect shoe. We did find the perfect shoe. It fits my brace and I can get it a different colors. Thank you Tammy and Darlene for making this experience good.

I have taken shoes to this establishment on a couple of different occasions only because they are the only shoe repair in the Jacksonville Anniston Oxford Area. When I did take my shoes there it took them five weeks to get them back to me. I have been overcharged and the customer service was awful. I took a pair of shoes to have the little plastic lifts put on the heels of my shoes and they were going to charge me $40 and it would take 6 weeks. I walked out and will never return! And by the way, I bought a pack of plastic lifts off of Amazon put them on myself it cost me $9. They are a complete rip-off!!!

Went looking for a pair of boots, seemed to be having some trouble finding a pair that fit my feet, the owner came out and mentioned 2 pairs, the first fit was spot on, very knowledgeable and very courteous / professional, will definitely come back to them when i need a new pair
