“I wish to commend Sandy the store manager for the exceptional service she provided. I have been a customer for a number of years but did not realize the importance of a strong relationship with a furniture store until I really needed them. I am recovering at home from total knee replacement surgery. My recliner was old & in need of replacement. I explained my situation to Sandy & she took charge. After making my selection & making payment arrangements, she worked out delivery. I am resting much better in my new recliner thanks to Sandy and the great customer service she provided!”

“Went in for a Memorial Day sale and left slightly disappointed. No discount offered on the luxury mattress bought, no free delivery even when delivery is expected to be a month later, and no store credits offered for free sheets or pillows when spending over $5000 at the store. -
Update: the manager contacted me and did everything she could to help out the situation. I like that about this place. Plus she let me keep two Serta sheep for my kids soooo that’s 5 star service.”

“Steven led us to what we were looking for AND it was on sale, with a 10-year replacement!! This was the quickest (about 15-20 minutes) and smoothest transactions we’ve ever experienced. The delivery by Noah & Ray was equally pleasing! Noah called 15 minutes before arriving & was very joyful and kind both over the phone and in person! He and Ray worked well together, coming in first to see where they were going with them & then communicated with each other and us the entire time❤️.
