I was in there a couple of weeks ago and there was a guy named Ross that completely ignored me. A guy named Jason was very sweet and helped me out alot. While he was helping me that Ross guy ignored 3 more customers because he wouldnt get off of his phone. Jason help me pick the right battery for my car. And when i left Ross was outside smoking on his phone again. They need more employees like Jason.
