Omg pic and sav is so damn high you don't and can't save a dang on thang the one in Oxford is so much better and cheaper I don't know why you all put a pic and sav in Anniston like that and they are super high never have any discounts at all mostly they be having Expired and old Mode on the bread and other stuff to sometime it just don't make no sense at all to go in there with $100 or more to spend and only can get 3 to 5 Items for a $100 or so just low down man you can gocin there with $65 and only can get like maybe 3 items smh y'all suck for that and one more thing that chagrined us 10% twice is low down ain't no way in hell y'all should do that 10 percent for one thang then another 10 percent smh just wrong for that need to stop that 10% is man then you changers us twice 10 percentage

I just left from here where I shop FREQUENTLY I did have a full buggy of groceries but the young lady line I went to was EXTREMELY rude as I started placing my can goods on the belt she started huffing and puffing and smacking her lips likes I was inconveniencing her. I took my can goods back and went to a different line where a young lady was training a new hire and got greeting very politely she was very nice and fast got me right out the door. My point is noones life is easy but if you choose to work with the public please be at the minimum polite.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but because the manager darrel or darren was a complete AHOLE! I shop here all the time , and i notice a plant in very poor condtion, dying etc. needless to say the plant had been sitting in the same spot for 3 months and didnt have a price on it. I took it to the manager “ Darrel” and before i could even say anything his demeanor was very negative. He approached me as if he was annoyed that i even came him to ask about a plant so i showed him the very wilted planted and explained to him it didnt have a price and that it had been sitting over there for several months I know this because there was a spot on it that i notice a few months ago that was still there on it in the exact same spot. They Did not have the plant on the display table but enstead was under the table just wilting and dying! He then tried to argue with me that he just put those plants out the other day and that plant wasnt even on the actual table! It was under the table . The Manager at pic n save in oxford is way friendlier, I saw a plant in there and the manager aproached me and had asked me “ How much you willing to pay and he made me a good deal because he saw that the plant was dying!!I was happy and he made a sale. But if you have a plant that is dying and its obvious nobody is going to buy it in the condition its in why hold on to it if a potental customer wanted it? I wont be shopping here at this pic and save location any more. The cashiers are friendly but management is terrible. I will spend a fee more dollars in gas to drive to the pic n save in oxford that way i know Customer service will be surperb. Pic and save here just lost a loyal customer. If the Manager/Management keeps this poor customer service up, this store will go out of business in no time! Remember its the customers who keep your businesss running! without us your business wouldnt be ANYTHING! NOTE TO MANAGEMENT. Oh yea not to mention the food is old and they sell you moldy bread so imagine what else is probably old and expired.

This store is on a hard downward spiral because no one wants to work there. Employees leave constantly because the GM aka store manager Is unprofessional and a scrooge.The store manager is a grouch to everyone and treats the staff with a rude ,accusatory tone.He doesn't take responsibility for his own mistakes.They cant keep new employees for more than a month due to his bad attitude and lack of direction. The manager doesn't even bother to learn the names of his employees, he often calls them by the wrong name.He constantly orders the wrong items and excess of the items that are already in full supply. The overstock is out of control and unorganized.The store never has enough shopping carts because they are too Ghetto cheap to order more. They are even too cheap to hire employees to manage the carts and or bag boys/ a decent amount of janitors.The whole store has only 1 janitor that is not there half the time.The employees arent necessarily doing their job well because they have almost no direction , motivation,or guidance. Therefore they dont communicate well with each other and things get mixed up badly.The GM pressures the entire staff to just pile items onto the shelves in a rush rather than efficiently delegating work load or prioritizing. The staff have to bicker amoung themselves to figure out who is doing what, because the GM doesn't get involved.The store has lots of expired items in most departments.You rarely can even find a single Chuck stake. Not good selection / variety, but not the worst. Not many special sales or discount bundles. They never have Arizona brand drinks.The store is a place of bad vibes, moody agitated people, old worn out equipment. It's not worth the hassle.
