I just recently went in to open a bank account, as I’m fairly new to the area. I was helped by Destiny and she was phenomenal! She was super kind and made the process so easy. She really made me feel like she cared about me as a person and not just a customer! Would definitely recommend Regions and this branch specifically!

Just moved here looking for a new bank went in and was greeted immediately and the service was very professional and friendly and they helped me open up my account promptly and efficiently. A down home bank. This was at the greenbrier branch

Apparently you can’t get change without an account. Went in to get $40 in coins for a Christmas thing. We are doing at my office and was surprised to find out that I had to drive across town to another bank because U.S.currency in a license isn’t enough.

I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru line. I was the only car in the drive thru. There was no teller in sight. Not even one working the front counter. Then when a teller was in my sight they started helping the customers that had just walked up to the counter while ignoring the drive thru. Very poor customer service. I can’t afford to spend 20 minutes waiting on them to decide to come to work the drive thru window.

Turning customers away seems like the opposite way to conduct business. Ill make sure and not ever use your branch or company for any of my banking needs.

Worst banking experience ever. You have an employee named Marie who treated me like trash from the second I stepped in the door. Marie is the reason for the bad review and the reason I'll never be back. Good job Marie.

All Regions..not just this specific location...customer service is pitiful. You can be loyal to them but when you need them..get that letter of denial in the mail everytime.
