My wife arrived a 1/2hr before closing, the woman at frint desk refused to help her. My wife’s baby girl/dog died the very next morning. May God have mercy on your souls. 2nd time, I asked for help to carry my Mastiff up there front steps for treatment. They refused once again, stating if I couldn’t get him up the steps on my own they wouldn’t help. I’m a half century old and animal lover, they’re like children o me. This was the WORST clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Whitiker is one of the best vet doctors around. But his staff is the worst around. Once again, may God have mercy on Lucifer’s children that run that front office❤️??

I am giving this 1 star review based on correspondence with the office this morning ... RUDE OFFICE PRACTICE.
I have now made 3 phone calls to the office to establish care for a new patient. I have not been told of the no new patients at this time, until this phone call. Told the young lady that maybe they need to make sure ALL staff knows this, as I was going to be set up for an appointment for next week when i spoke to them yesterday, was also told to call back today to see if any appointments were open via cancelation since I had to look at my work calendar to see what worked for me. After speaking to the young lady today and telling her maybe they need to inform all staff of the no new patients at this time, she hung up on me. RUDE.

I called to find out about the protocol for euthanasia. I found out that this vet does it without sedation. I also had a bad experience with this place several years ago when my dog tested positive for parvo after the vaccination at this place.

Absolutely hands down one of the best vets ever! When we moved here we were on the hunt for a good vet, it took a year to hear about this vet clinic. Cancelled my plan with Banfield, I moved on. Glad we found them, they are so down to earth and treat our pets with much love and care.

Cancelled all the appointments & closed early due to weather (totally understandable) but didn’t reschedule for the next day AND now wanting to charge double the original price.

Called to get help for my pet. Person on the other end couldn’t hear me and began making fun of the fact that I couldn’t hear them. Incredibly unprofessional. Front desk needs new employees

Our pups was hit by a car, and when they were treating her she got a little aggressive, ended up trying to nip a vet. They got aggressive with us, and refused service to our dog. I understand if you need to refuse service, but there is no reason you should talk to us the way they did. At least be professional.
