Technician Jessie is AMAZING! I highly recommend him he did a service call after a previous Tech did not want to do his job! Previous Tech didn't even knock on my door. U-turned in my driveway and called in as a cancelation. Jessie got out internet working the best it ever has! Thank you!

One of the worst companies I've ever done business with and I'm 62 years old. They have no direct competition in our area. There are literally no other cable tv/internet companies, just satellite and fiber optic. Therefore, they do as they please and don't care at all about customer loyalty. I finally had enough and switched to satellite. Fingers crossed ?.

For the amount you have to pay each month for spark light with less than desirable channels to watch I don't understand why it would take 10 days for someone to come to your house and check out what your problem is

I switched from AT&T paying $150 every month and when I tell you sparklight has great deal and it is well worth it! I highly recommend , literally went from paying $150 to $35 with the best service ever.

Customer service is HORRIBLE when calling in , apparently it is handled overseas by non English speaking individuals . Currently looking for other options for service provider with quality customer service!

Just switched to AT&T, couldn't be happier with their faster, more reliable, cheaper service. Also the perks, 250$ in gift cards, and they're paying my last joke of a sparklight bill, 32$ that should be owed to me, but they won't even let me log on using my old password to view my bills and find where I paid a 130$ deposit to get service started at my new address. When the service at my old address went into collections, they sent 0 correspondence to my new address. They put a collection on my credit report before notifying me of it whatsoever. I even had service with them still at my new address and NO ONE reached out to me. All they did was send bills to my old address, and none of them were given to me. They let my son's mother set up service in her name without even telling me that mine was disconnected. I attempted to resolve this with no luck. They just won't take accountability that they did NOT take ample action to let me know what was going on. The thing, I think, that makes this outright inexcusable is I still had sparklight service at my new address. They knew I had moved. I can't wrap my head around it this is just outrageous.

Sparklight has great internet. Never failed me. I switched to something cheaper though.When i switched, I got locked out of my account and couldn't pay the final bill online and they never made a paper attempt. I had to call them in order to make payment so I just let it go to collections and paid. At least they called for payment. ?
