Took me an hour of trucks in line to check in…then I had to wait in a second line and then they’ll send you to another dumb door for lumper price because clearly they can’t call you or make better sense of their processes

This place makes you stand outside in the freezing cold weather only 2 drivers can come in at time they’re very slow !! It’s a shame they don’t value no one time they really need to be reported to someone

This place is slow as can be. Took 2-1/2 hours to get TO the gate. Another 45 minutes to get through the gate. So far I have been on a door for 2-1/2 hours and whenever they do finish they are going to want a lumper fee! My clock will zero out here. You check in with the guard, with the office and then with the lumper service. Nobody gets in a hurry that’s for sure

My personal experience was fantastic! I checked in at 2100 01/03/24 for a 2200 appointment. Paperwork was ready at 2315. Lumper fee for 20 pallets was reasonable through Capstone and every single staff member I encountered was very friendly. They allow overnight parking off street outside of the gates. My only negative would be the lack of restroom facilities. The docks toward the end (40+) are a little tight, but just take your time and be patient with other drivers. For a grocery DC, I couldn't ask for better service. Walmart and Aldi could learn a thing or two from this place.

I will NEVER book another load coming here AGAIN!Appointment was for 3am, got here 3:15 because I was having truck issues. They would not take me in and told me to come back later that evening. The evening came and they said they was waiting on a door for me. Now here it is 3am AGAIN and now they decide to push appointment out to next week.

It's a unfi chain so a little bit better than other locations I've been too. Guards were friendly receiving clerk was friendly, they use capstone so expect that. When you arrive to check in just park on Robert's street if you can, I was just over half an hour early and they didn't have a door for me. Took about 5 ish hours to unload. The docks are real tight by their shop.

Attention all drivers! Make sure you know how many pallets you have, the lady in receiving of add more pallets they give to go pay that’s why your lumber cost is so high, pay attention on how many pallet you have,

Take your break at the facility, you can park on the street, but get there early! And yes it's tight backing into the docks, so take your time

Took about an hour to check in at security gate from the line off the street.. took another hour to dock because nobody understood that they had to disconnect the trailer to let the other driver in (garage).. took about an hour and 15 minutes to check in at the receiving office (with no line) due to the fact that the receiving clerk (door 15) was on lunch or something (2 or 2:30AM to 3:07AM).. it took about 5 minutes to walk down to lumper trailer (door 1)and check in there as well..I already started detention before I was able to check in at the receiving office. Pretty awesome at 75 an hour.. lots of walking around the lot and sitting at the picnic benches for the employees and lumpers... Business is in no hurry here at this location. The receiving clerk likes to take her time and open up the security door. You'll be watching her in her office for 5 minutes before she decides to open it so times that by 2 or 3 and you get more wasted time..
