Poorly kept location and vehicles. Manager was very rude and aggressive in his approach to his business and handling customers will not be using this location again.

I requested the truck to be at a different location but was sent 15 miles further down the road; therefore, by the end of it, was charged for about 30 more miles than I should have been because the truck was in the wrong location. When I got there, even though I requested the truck at 8:30am, they told me the UHaul employee doesn't open the place until 9:30am. Luckily, the girl working at the gas station was able to call him and I was finally able to get the truck but I had to go and get my own Appliance Dolly in a back room of the gas station.
When I returned the truck, about 15 miles further away than I should have been able to, the employee questioned whether I added gas back to it even though he watched me fill it back up at the exact same gas station I was returning it to. This all would have been avoided if I was able to pick up the truck in the location I requested to begin with and I wouldn't have been charged near as much either.

The store owner at Victory is quite rude and unhelpful. He also tried to scam us out of more money saying we drove almost double the amount of miles even though we easily proved we didn’t even drive as much as we thought we’d need, but were still paying the original amount. Which I do believe was still an overcharge on his end. He just was not pleasant to deal with. But the people from U-Haul I spoke to on the phone, Ryan and someone else from reservations, were the sweetest and most helpful people! 10/10 U-Haul. The truck and equipment was amazing as this was our first time using you guys!

Will NEVER rent from this location.The man has a disgusting attitude and talks to people in a degrading manner. Don't ever rent from here and just go to the main office.

Excellent service from a great u haul store. I been doing business with him for close to 8 years. Hands down the best. I moved today and without question I was gonna use him for a truck. I told him abt it ahead of time and he took care of the rest

Needed a truck to move some furniture. The price was reasonable and the location close. The gentleman that helped me was courteous and multitasking. He was the only clerk in the store at the time. He was helping multiple guests. I was able to move the furniture and have the truck back before closing. I will return here should I need this service again. ????
