  I came in today 26th August everyone was so rude. My son was asking about the box she would not answer him then I told him hang on she going to get it she got it omg she was in a hurry for him to get something and the look on everyone face everyone had an attitude for whatever reason shaking there heads at people and yelling.. I never had to write a review on this place everyone always been so nice but today everyone was in a bad mood didn't welcome us and they was yell at each other had an attitude with each other it wad crazy.. I had to come and right outside and write this

  BEWARE!!! I took 3 packages there to be shipped, sent them my labels via email PAID them to print labels, then somehow only 2 of my packages were shipped. I called an talked to the manager red or ray not sure what her name was but they keep giving me the run around saying they couldn’t label it with the same label as another package (because I asked did they accidentally put the same label as one of my other packages) because I realized they gave me 2 receipts with the same tracking number. I asked for my other receipt for the third which she then texted me an it said I dropped the pack off the day I called(the next day) not the day I actually dropped it off. I have called 3 times a cant get any explanation of what’s going on. I asked for the video of me coming in to show I dropped all three off was told she would get me it by the next day and it’s been 2 now an no video. I was doing a Amazon return (where the package was going) and now I pretty much lost my item an money atm until I get to the bottom of this because their mistakes annoyed is an understatement my package on Amazon is still saying I’ve never dropped it off. They need to fix their mistake an either find my package or give me my money back.

  Fantastic UPS store here in Anniston. Employees are extremely helpful. They provide a wide range of services including shipping, notary public, shredding, and copying just to mention a few things that they can handle.

  Oh my! This is the best place to do business when in need of a print from your email to be printed, notarized, and ovenight delivered. Dustin, Red, and Alyssa were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Have used other places in the past but have not experienced this great service.The other employees were friendly as well, but dealt with Dustin, Red, and Alyssa with our transaction. These people are a great asset to your company in all that they do...I recommend this place to everyone in need of printing, copying, and shipping documents! Please acknowledge these employees on their great performance for your company!!! I will definitely use them in the future!

  A store full of customers and apparently an ex employee came in started cussing and acting a fool at the Quan and Red…they handled it in a very impressive and professional manner. I will be back because the show was funny and the whole store was laughing at the situation of the young woman making a fool of herself. Good job UPS Good job

  I really want to share how great of an experience I had at the UPS store in Anniston. I came in when they opened and met Rodney. I had a difficult request needing a 193 page catalog printed and I needed it done pretty quickly. He was VERY friendly, jumped RIGHT on it, even having to fix a printer issue to get it done. I couldn't have been happier with the service, the quality of the catalog and the overall experience. I cannot possibly recommend this store enough, and Rodney definitely deserves a tremendous amount of credit! Definitely go by and see them for all of your shipping AND printing needs!

  The staff members were so kind and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure I saved a few dollars with my shipping bag. It's so hard to find great employees who care and this group all had smiles on their faces from the time I walked in until the time I left as they wished me a great day. I may just go visit for the energy boost!
