I cannot believe I can't ever get a hold of anyone at the post office. this isn't the first time I have ever had this issue. trying to find out about an issue but never can get anyone on the phone!!!!!!!

Our mail delivery is very erratic! Sometime delivered by 1:30 pm and other times, as today, 6:00 pm & mail truck nowhere in sight. Expecting a package? Just as likely to be delivered at someone else house! Never know if you are going to get your mail or package or not! Unhappy with anniston, al usps!

Never answer their phones I have my mail person packages in my tiny tiny tiny mailbox and I am cutting my hands trying to get this box out which I cannot get out of the box is stuck in the mailbox and I had to struggle to get the stuff that was in the box

My mail carrier is completely incompetent, I had 2 packages to be delivered yesterday one said it was delivered at 3:38 pm the other said couldn't access delivery location at 3:39 pm neither were delivered along with 4 other packages from Saturday that say delivered but weren't if they were it wasn't to my house

I've shown up twice for my Passport appointment and the Agent was absent both times with absolutely zero notice. Seems like it’s almost premeditated, like they have no desire to do their job. This place continues to disappoint. Don’t waste your time go to the courthouse.

I was suppose to have a package delivered on Thursday of course it was not. I called on Friday and they said it has been sitting at their office not on a truck because they are behind. It updated to be sent today. Instead of delivering they said it was sent media mail and they cannot deliver. I go to the post office and say I want the package delivered. They said that they have to wait for the guy to bring it back and I can get it today. But took my number for the supervisor who never called. They do not care about the public, they don’t care if it’s anything important. My package contains a part for a medical device for my wife that she has needed since last week and even with that they do not care. This place is a joke and an embarrassment.

cannot answer their phones for anything, i have been trying to call for two days now with no answer, have had other people try to call and no answer,my package is being held and i cannot get anyone to answer so i can try and schedule a redelivery.

What a shame, they supposed to have passport services here at Anniston, Post office, I came last Wednesday when it’s a walk in day and they said the lady in charge wasn’t feeling good.
So I made an appointment for today 01/23/25 and I came on time and they say exactly the same thing, that the lady in charge is not feeling well.
I mean, I’m a US citizen in need of a passport renewal and this is what they come up with.

Allowed me make appointment get passport on Saturday only time I have off showed up an notice from them or anything they was not doing passports. Bs they should send out emails to customers that they are not doing them so I don't wast time or gas
