they remodeled their store so they have a bunch of self checkouts. Let's just say I love the new model and free stuff, yall deserve five stars no employee ever watches people scanning.

Walking through the store you would run into employes, and they would be gathering around talking and every other word was the F bomb, you could hear it on the isle next to them. And it wasn't just one employee it was several all through the store. It seems they have no respect for what they are saying as they carry on conversations with other employees. Then saying they need to be making at least 30 dollars an F hour for what they do. Someone needs to do some training on the employees about how to talk in job areas. I try not to go to Walmart because of how ghetto it is getting but have to pick up medicine, I will be changing my medicine to somewhere else.

We ordered scooter for Christmas for my nephew. By the time it was shipped it had Missing parts So I stopped by this Walmart to pick up a scooter. I went to electronics first attempting to get assistance. For my apple watch, there was 2. Employees there both of them had acknowledged my presence. Looking up at me, then one of them walked away and the other one moved to a different register, helping another customer ignoring me Completely So I figured it out on my own. The entire time no one came to help and no 1 even bothered even after they finish helping their customer went to. Pick up the scooter now. And the scooter was in a box. So I tried finding a employee. I couldn't find one in the area. So I took the scooter out the box. And made sure that it had the bag of volts and that it fit without missing parts like in one before. Then I took it for a test. Run up the aisle in walked it back just to make sure that it was in good condition. I saw an employee. Who I attempted to get her attention. But she started talking on her phone or radio as if she had. More important business to take care of I was going to ask her if it was OK just to bring. The skitter Asia's and scan the barcode that's on the device itself. Because it would not fit in the box. Fact that it seems to be a trend for all the employees to be so rude. Or disrespectful to their customers. How decided just to go to the register? Upon making it to self, check out, cancel all alarms. The drink that I'm buying and the scooter that I'm buying. I took the scanner and scan the barcode on the scooter. Then I took the drink can scan the drink. On the machine itself. I stuck my car to machine and. Paid for the products aint gotta receipt. In the meantime, I was having a conversation with customer in front of me because he had recently won a scooter and was. Trying to sell ask scooter to lean and I was even thinking about it. Because I did not know if he had a better scooter or if the when I had here would suffice. He had showed me pictures end. I told him I wanted to get his scooter. But I only had my credit card with me at the moment. If I could get his phone number. Then I could get my sister to meet up with him. That way we would have another scooter. For my Niece to have as well. We started walking out together and I was surrounded by. Asset protection issue they said security. They said that I had failed to pay for the scooter to my surprise. When I showed them the receipt. It did not have the scooter on receipt. I said my apologies, no worries. Let's go back to the register and buy the scooter. I still want the scooter. I still need the scooter for my nephew. And I follow them back to the register. They refused to sell me. Moscoo actually stood between me. And the machine and told me I cannot buy it. They want to arrest me, I said. Excuse me, no, ma'am, I want to buy this. I apologize for the misunderstanding. Please allow me to buy this. I am still trying to buy dysscooter. I A tempted multiple times and was ignored and humiliated in front of everyone. They were yelling. I think as if I was robbing them. I said listen. Either you're gonna let me buy the scooter. Or I'm gonna leave. I don't have time for this. I have to catch my plane. And I was supposed to drop this off on the way. See and for me. I was not allowed to buy for purchase anything from their store. So at that point I said. Well. I'm going to have to leave. And I started walking towards the door to leave a group of people. Yelling at me screaming, he's running. He's running, get him police. When there's no police around and I'm not running. I'm walking away. And thinking these people are crazy. All I wanted to do was buy a scooter and because of y'all system malfunctioning when I stand it. Because look at the cameras I did scan it. You try to embarrass and humiliate someone. And even after they apologize for the inconvenience, you still prevent them from purchasing something for their family. Bullying your customers

I would've given this place 5 stars but a customer came in screaming and yelling f bombs while searching for customer service. Although the store couldn't have prevented this but this is what you can expect shopping at Walmart because a guest at Target would never. But anyhow the store was clean, staff were pleasant and I was able to check out in great speed.

The pharmacy was rude and didn't care what I needed all they care about was leaving. Was rude and in so many words told me they didn't care and it wasn't their issue. I will never do business with this pharmacy again

We pulled into the Auto Center fifteen minutes before they closed on Sunday. We were traveling to Charlotte and noticed the tread in our back tire was worn down to the steel threads. Jon, the manager, was super nice and said they would take care of us. By 6:24, we had four new tires, aligned and balanced. Jon and three others worked quickly to get us back on the road. Usually not a fan of WalMart, but I'm super impressed and thankful for the great service. Thanks guys!

Decided to stop at this Walmart while on vacation from Texas with my boyfriend earlier this month. We realized that it was Sunday and him being from Alabama asks an employee, "when did they started selling beer on Sunday?" The employee, says, "beginning of the year, but I wish they didn't sell it." That's not professional in anyway. I'm the customer and I could care less what your bible beliefs are, you keep your mouth shut about that crap at work. If I was in Texas I would have had reported her, but then I realized I was in the Bible Belt and the majority of people here probably think like that woman. Super ignorant. But in Texas we drink beer on Sunday's and have bbqs and they don't look at Latinas funny :)
