Worst branch probably in the US. ANGEL HAWKINS, who just let an old white lady walk away almost in tears and did not even greet me at all, not to look forward from an employee not wearing a badge and wearing the same shirt probably for a week, at least. Took her 5 minutes to read a simple form, can't be that slow in reading to work in customer service, to eventually calling for help for the lack of simple common sense. TONY CLARK with his camouflage jacket and swetpants combined with the worst attitude and rudness, let alone his incompetence in reading a simple power of attorney universally used by all shipping companies which i got notarized in 2 minutes in another branch. I am filling an official complaint through the regegional manager and will keep you posted. Stay away from this branch, which I hope it will be closed soon...

This location turned away a uniformed service member seeking notary services because said Soldier is not a Wells Fargo account holder.The individual I spoke with was very cordial but admitted her hands were tied because of company policy. A bad company policy.I get it there's not a lot of us but the handful of us out there move a lot and all assistance is greatly appreciated. I think you can do better, Wells Fargo.
