Wizard Car Audio and all the team there are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to treat the customers right and make sure you are satisfied with the amazing work they do! I would give 100 stars if I could! Great shop with a great group of employees highly recommended for all your tinting needs, audio, video and sound! Go see them you will not be disappointed!

I was in town for the week and my CarPlay (after market radio I had installed) completely went out. Unfortunately, the system wasn't stronger than the summer heat down in Mobile. I was able to get an appointment and get a new stereo quickly. Bobby was the absolute best. He kept me updated every step of the way and tried everything he could to get my current system running (just in case). It was a great experience and I appreciate the top tier customer service I received. The drive back down to Mobile, with a working stereo, was appreciated more than you realize.

I've been dealing with wizard over 20 + years and I have always enjoyed there service and knowledge of the owners and installers Bobby and Will always made it easy to purchase and decide what is needed for that type of vehicle u have .Like always keep up the good work.

I’ve already left my review once, but I’m going to make this one so clear and airtight that there’s nothing the owner or anyone at Wizard in Oxford, Alabama can say to spin it.This isn’t a personal attack. This is my real experience as a paying customer—and if you can’t handle honest feedback, that says more about your business than it does about me.
I came in ready to do business.
What I got instead was:
• Disrespectful tone
• Zero professionalism
• Ridiculous pricing ($800 for a tint job with a $600 roll? Seriously?)
• And absolutely no effort to provide real customer service
You can try to justify your behavior all you want—but the truth is, customers remember how they’re treated, and I was treated like a burden for simply asking questions. If the response to criticism is defensiveness instead of growth, that tells me everything I need to know. This review isn’t up for debate. It’s my experience, and it’s valid. Period.

Let me save y’all some time—Wizard car audio in Oxford, Alabama is a damn joke.
Walked in hoping to spend money and support a local shop, and instead got met with attitude, zero help, and the most unprofessional, low-class energy I’ve ever seen from a business owner. Dude acted like answering a simple question was beneath him.
They quoted me $800 for a tint job and had the nerve to say a roll of tint costs $600 like that’s supposed to justify the price. You serious, bro? If it takes a whole roll of tint to do one truck, you don’t need to be in business—you need to be in training.
This place operates like it’s above customers, when in reality it’s giving backyard hustle with gas station customer service. No professionalism, no respect, just pure nonsense.
If you like overpaying to be disrespected, this is your spot. If not, run the other way. I wouldn’t let these folks tint my sunglasses, let alone my truck.

I called on a Friday at lunch for window tint and within a few hours they had it done. Otherwise appointments were Thursday and Friday but I’m not sure if that’s every week or not. They done all my car audio stuff way back in the 90’s at the Anniston location. So when I came off the road as a trucker after ten years I knew who to call. Some reviews on here about waiting 10 minutes and leaving with no service. That just means they have many customers that trust their work over the years. I would be more worried if a shop had zero work going on that day. I would check the shop area if no one was in the office after 10 minutes or come back another day before I would go anywhere else. Don’t go shopping for speciality items on a day you are in a rush.

I went to get a backup camera and new radio with Bluetooth install on my car. Kyle was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I love my new system and it works great.

Must not like money. Came wanting to buy 2 twelves and a box for my super duty and nobody came to the lobby. After 10 minutes and noticing how all the employees were goofing off in the back I'm taking my money elsewhere.

These guys are absolutely great at what they do always nice when I was there in the store. The job they did was spot on for me I highly recommend Bobby and Walt for anyone’s audio needs and tinting.

We had to go to this place to get an interlock put on our car. they messed up our appointment and we was upset because we have jobs we can’t keep missing for this. soon as we walked in the employees wasn’t very nice , very rude and unprofessional for no reason so of course if your gone be rude to us we’ll be rude back . you can’t be rude and not expect it back🤷🏻♀️. then the owner was straight rude right along with his employees. don’t see how this place stays in business. very unprofessional in all aspects……

Bobby and his crew are very knowledgeable when it comes to car systems. I wouldn’t recommend anyone around here over Bobby for sure…. I took my truck down there and got all new speakers went back at a later time got it tinted, since then wizard has handled all of my needs when it comes to audio or Tinting. From one business owner to another all I can say is they went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction.
Thank you wizard for going all out on the truck and doing amazing.
