Small business, friendly atmosphere. Family friendly, respectful, Employees helpful and concern about job quality. Old ymca could use some updates but the employee are excellent.

There's an instructor there whose name is Lori. Very enthusiastic and enjoys what she does,she doesn't seem judgemental and I grt a very good senior workout.
