“Despite the stigma that was caused by the previous owner years and years ago, this apartment complex is amazing. If you’ve got an issue they are ON TOP OF IT! In Arab there really isn’t many options at all but this is by far the best one! I also love the new remodels, I hated carpet anyways lol! I much prefer the eggshell wall color to the original as it feels more home-y. Apartments are spacious and you have plenty of room for you and yours! Neighbors are friendly and typically all have each others backs and look out for eachother. I haven’t had one bad experience with neighbors here!”
