Just took my walk behind weedeater in for repair on Monday afternoon and got a call that it was ready early Wednesday morning. The timing was just right. These folks are always nice to us and I've never been upset with the amount I paid. I had them pick up my Gravely zero turn mower last season (after they stopped being a Gravely distributor) and they had it repaired pretty quickly as well. I don't have anything but kind words for any of the people there. I'm sure we'll do more business with them in the future.

I ordered 54” blades for Cub Cadet ZT1 on Amazon. The product is incorrectly advertised. It states they will fit a 54” ZT1 but it has a different bolt pattern. Their add on Amazon says “contact us and we’ll make it right”. I called them, they guy was rude and didn’t care; so they wrongfully advertise a product, I bought it and now I have to pay a 20% restock fee. That’s a terrible way to do business. The guy on the phone was rude, and honestly not very intelligent. Now I have to go to UPS to return the blades and pay a 20% restock fee because they don’t know what they’re selling?!! Do NOT buy anything from Arab Tractor & Parts Connection; very, very poor custom service and honestly they just don’t care.

I mainly bought my Gravely from Arab Tractor. So I would have a dealer close by when I needed repairs are parts. Their no longer a Gravely dealer and have stop stocking blades for my mower. Leaving this Gravely customer and maybe all their Gravely customers out of luck. So much for service after the sale.

They just became a Scag dealer 2 months ago and they were very helpful for me getting parts for my old Scag tiger Cub zero turn riding lawn mower very helpful and very honest

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this Hick establishment in BFE (A-rab) Alabama 35016. Proprietor "Will" sold a large Cub Cadet tractor in new condition from the showroom floor and we dutifully paid the extra delivery fee to have said model delivered many days later only to arrive with a substantial scratch to the bumper that his "delivery good ol boys" hid while having unloaded the tractor from their trailer all-the-while positioning the tractor off their rig so that I could not see the brush guard/bumper area while they gave me a very quick review of the operation on the unit. They were out of there ASAP before I discovered the damage that WAS NOT present at purchase time earlier. Repeated calls to the seller "Will" were unsuccessful. After asking that "Will" call me I called one more time before I called the manufacturer. He said he was with a customer but would call me back. I briefly while on the phone described the condition of the Cub Cadet new mower and told him I wanted it corrected. Well needless to say "Will" never called me back so I went to corporate Cub Cadet and filed a complaint detailing him blowing me off and to this day has NOT shown me the courtesy of a return phone call. I filled out an online complaint to Stihl (for which Arab tractor is also a dealership) as a Mickey Mouse operation like Arab Tractor does NOT have its own website...But when he saw my complaint about his business dealings with a Cub Cadet customer he sent us an return "nasty gram" telling us that he called us and talked to me about fixing the scratched up part BUT WAS TOTALLY LYING-He NEVER spoke to me or my fiance about this matter. He told Cub Cadet that he spoke again to me and I was satisfied by his actions. ANY vendor/manufacturer who would have a lying representative like "Will" marketing their products take note (eXmark, Skag, Cheetah, Cub Cadet...)

Very friendly customer service and has the best prices for the area. I have purchased Stihl varieties of weed eaters and chainsaws. They have been great with my mower repairs and communicate well dealing with issues that would result in major repairs and or cost inflation. Highly recommend this fine team and I will always use them for my purchasing/repair needs.

I called to have my mower serviced. They picked it up, did the work, and returned it in about a week. It now purrs like a kitten. Very cordial people, easy billing, reasonable pricing. I am pleased with the work and will have them service it again next year or when I need repairs. Thanks
