Here in Arab, Alabama. Kirk is a good ATT employee. I will be back in the store again. ATT has been good to me. I am glad to have switched from Straight Talk to ATT.

I love how hands on the lady was that helped me transferring providers. Extremely patient! If I ever need assistance again, Kaylin is who I would want to see.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Kaylin was friendly and attentive, especially. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. It’s always a great feeling to support a place where the staff puts so much heart into their work. Highly recommend stopping by you won’t be disappointed!

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Kaylin — she is truly a gem! From the second our conversation started, I could tell she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. Alexus was a great and helpful associate who made it easy to interact with her and ask questions. The other associates were also great and helpful. Overall, this is a great AT&T store with excellent staff, and I will likely return for any future needs.
