Awesome bank! They are very personable and even know you by name when you walk in . It’s great to have a bank that offers great customer service and truly cares about their customers. Hunter does a great job , and goes above and beyond to help answer any questions and make all things banking very easy!

I have been banking with this “ small town bank “ for years now and they have been very supportive and helpful to me in my journey of finding my own way through the financial situation in America! I have nothing but gratitude, respect and love for the entire team of people who I have met in this community Bank. They have let me know when they see something suspicious or questionable coming from someone who I don’t normally do business with and they will freeze my account and then they will call me or text me and ask me if the transaction is real or a scam….. saved me from being ripped off by scammers many times over the years.

I have been using Citizens Bank & Trust since 2002. They have always gone out of their way to help me with any situation I have come across. I have called them many times to ask questions, and was always helped immediately and with consideration.

Most greedy and terrible people and businesses I have ever worked with. I had worked out a deal with the local Arab branch to pay them back after I over drafted my account about 3-4 weeks ago and had been making progress and had recieved a letter from the bank saying I had another 30 days to brinf my account current which would have been fine but they had refused to give me even one penny of my paycheck the week of the 4th. The represenatative was smiling and laughing at me telling me no while I had tears streaming down my face not knowing how I was going to get back and forth to work and eat for the week or get my water back on at home. They dont care at all about the people that try they only care about money and I hope that people dont decide to bank with them and go ellsewhere becuase I have never ever been treated like they did.

Friendly staff and they will work with you on any issue. Don't go to the mega banks for a loan, go to a local bank instead.
