I went today 10/18/2025. The person at this CVS is one of the rudest, most unprofessional individual that I have ever encountered in my lifetime. This person should never work with the public, acting as if it makes her sick to take a person's prescription in her hand to fill it, then proceeding to make a comment to her co-workers regarding a customer, not caring that the customer heard everything she said. I immediately ask for my prescriptions back from her, telling her she was extremely rude, and that I would never be back to fill anything with them. It literally made me sick to deal with a person with a nasty attitude after being in the hospital. I went directly to Parkway Pharmacy and was treated like a human being. My dog even got a treat. Absolutely don't waste your time going there.

Pharmacy is a joke
Husband went to get meds fill and was told it would be at least 2 hours and all she was doing was talking and socializing.Definitely needs attention from manager
Went to Wal Mart took about 15 minutes total.Won't be back to CVS.

It’s not enough that a patient must jump through multiple hoops just to get their scripts from a doctor but I called in on the morning that my script was due to refill and went to pick up the next day and still wasn’t ready. I not only have to call the day that my script is up for refill but I also had to go in because the drive through was closed.
CVS has really gotten worse with their customer services lately. Noticed a decline in those services in the past 3 or 4 years
The CVS at Arab Ala is horrendous with customer service in the pharmacy especially with Sierra the pharmacy clerk and Jason the pharmacist that was working. Very rude and disrespectful is an understatement!!!!

Ordered a poster for my daughters soccer team. It turned out great, was ready in a couple of hours, was boxed so as not to bend it too much and the sales associate was so helpful and made me check out the poster first to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Great customer care at this CVS in Arab, Al.

Literally the most useless pharmacy in Arab. Technicians are either incompetent or not trained either way I would not trust them with anyone’s medication as it can be life threatening. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shut this useless location down.
