I entered the store to get a dress, jacket, shoes and jewelry for a funeral tomorrow and spent an hour picking out the best. I went to pay, and handed her a $100 bill and she told me it was counterfeit. It was so embarrassing the way Amy handled it in front of everyone in there. Then Foodland got involved and marked the bill and then went even further to show it was a valid $100 bill. She refused to take it! Foodland then gave me 5 $20s. But it was proved it was real. It made me so mad. I've never in my life been treated so poorly by an associate. I left and went to Generations Footwear, and she knew I was upset, and she asked me, so I told her everything that happened at Factory Connection. I then found out that this same lady did this to another lady over a $20 bill! I was shamed, embarrassed and mad because of Amy. She does not need to work with the public or money till she becomes more knowledgeable in what real versus not real money is. She made me think I was going to jail! I've never been in trouble, and she had me scared to death. It was not business like to have to get Foodland involved to prove it was real! I'm appaled and will never shop at this store ever again. She knew my boyfriend had passed and I was shopping for a very important funeral tomorrow only to make my day worser than what it already was. SMH!! Something needs to be done.

Suzanne that works at the Arab location has a really bad attitude problem. I’ve never had any problems with anyone up there and I have spent more of money up there. Today she treated me like a dog and talked to me very rudely. I will be calling corporate on you miss suzanne. Hope your smart comments was worth it.
