Jordan was such a breath of fresh air and not anything like I thought a car salesman would be. He was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond helping make our transition into our new vehicle possible and a smooth and stress free deal. Ashley in financing was also the sweetest spirit and very kind and helpful making sure I understood the whole process and spoke so easy to understand. I can't wait to make future deals with them and will for sure be back in the future when needed!

Cannot recommend this dealer enough!Used car buying is such a dreaded task especially when handling deals out of state. Carly, Lance, Greg and Brian went above and beyond providing a truly rememberable experience. Transparency was there every step of the way and communicated very well through all of my many questions. The team ensured I would be taken care of since I was having to road trip 4 hours. Spent only the time necessary to get all paperwork handled on site as we took care of most via phone and was on my way back to Atlanta in time for dinner! Many thanks to the team there as I LOVE my new car!

We went here to buy a commute car after I was suddenly changed from telework to full time in person. Not only did they go above and beyond in every single aspect possible, Jonathan, our car sales expert was able to get us a more amazing deal than I’ve ever had the opportunity to have in a car trade in/purchase. Their management and finance team was also superb in their service and help, and without a single DOUBT have made my family and I lifetime customers because of their outstanding customer service and satisfaction!!! 10/10 do recommend!

We had a great experience at North Country. Jordan was extremely helpful, showed us several vehicles, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He helped make the whole process seem very quick and painless and that was very much appreciated! If you're looking for a new vehicle I would highly suggest going to North Country and be sure to ask for Jordan when you go!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They truly take “drive a little, save a lot” seriously! My salesman Sammy Aplin was amazing! He made buying a car easy and fun! The GM, Greg Anthony, also made the experience great! I was so happy I left in tears! I HIGHLY recommend North Country before any other dealership-and I’ve bought from 4 or 5 in the area!

Holden Hopkins lists a car for sale at 12,991 on FB Marketplace. I respond to the ad and the price immediately jumps to 15k. She then lies and says the price jump is in the description - It's not. I post the description...and get this "You don't have to buy the car"If they're going to lie about the price, just imagine what they'll say about the condition of the car.

Best car buying experience by a mile! I have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime but never worked with someone as professional, personable, and knowledgeable as Jon Lawson. This wasn’t the nearest Ford dealership to me, but the drive was well worth it. Everyone else that I interacted with was kind and helpful as well. I felt like they really appreciated the business. Lastly, their facilities were really impressive. I’m so happy with the entire experience. Thank you Jon and North Country Ford!

All I can tell you if you want to buy a car. This would be a place I would definitely go to. I know the staff I know the general manager there people you want to deal with. We are looking for a fair price on a vehicle. I did my research there’s waa hands down the best for competitiveness

Jordan did a great job finding us a third row and getting us through the sales process. He was easy to get along with andvery professional. We had some mechanics issues with our vehicle the next day. We called Jordan and he stayed on it until it was fixed. He made sure we had a rental to drive and called frequently with updates. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Everyone we worked with in the service department did an excellent job and were friendly as well. They did us well when we had to have repairs done to our car 1 week after purchase. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Danny and I bought a 22 Santa Cruz from North Country Ford in Arab, AL. Our sales specialist Jordan Rutherford worked wonders getting us a great deal. He was super nice. Summer is an amazing job with the whole process, she has very good patience and will not pressure you into anything you don’t want. She is very knowledge able about the product and if she doesn’t know she will find out for you without hesitation. I was a little slow on making the decision but she never once made me feel pressured which is what I like, she’s very sweet and helpful. Will be doing my purchases through her from now one whether it’s a Ford, Jeep, dodge or ram. Thank you again for making this all possible.

Matt Elledge and Carly Whitehead worked with us regarding the sales side. General Manager, Greg Anthony, checked in a couple of times to see how things were going. Jon Stewart, Business Manager, did the financing part of the sale. My wife and I met Matt and Greg on our first regarding this truck. They were kind, considerate, professional, and truthful. They were understanding, as well, when we told them that we take time to think, talk, and pray, before making big decisions. Matt and Greg never once tried to push/pressure us into buying the truck that first visit. Greg did ask if there was anything that he could do regarding the price if we wanted to buy that night, but we said no. And that was that. No pressure sales whatsoever. Definitely made us feel very at ease, comfortable, and confident that we were dealing with honest folks. Next visit, the day we settled on a price, Matt was dealing with another customer, so he asked Carly Whitehead to work with us. She had the same mindset as Matt and Greg. She was wonderful to work with. We came back last Saturday to sign papers and do the financing. Jon was so easy to work with, just like the others. He was extremely patient with all the questions we asked. He made sure we understood what options were available, the cost, and what he felt were the most crucial in protecting our interests. He never once tried to sneak in any additional costs or pressure us into buying more coverage than we were comfortable with. Matt told me that they're taught to be transparent. From our experience, that is absolutely true. I encourage anyone who's looking for a vehicle, to stop by and meet these folks. Thank you, Matt, Greg, Carly, and Jon for an amazing experience. Shawn Nichols, best dang sales person I have ever worked with. From start to finish, this guy and his team went above and beyond what customer service should be. He wasn’t pushy, was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, communicative and overall was a pleasure to work with. I don’t know where anyone else can give below 5 stars, because the customer service I got from NC Ford was 10 star service
