Folks who complained about availability, remember this is a small town post office with one on site employee - they aren't a robot who never feels ill, never runs late and doesn't have family emergencies. After the USPS closed so many smaller locations, I'm grateful to have this one still around.”

“This has been my main Post Office for 20+ years. Had a problem or two during that time but we always worked through it. They do close for an hour for lunch M-F, close at 3, and are only open for 2 hours on Saturday unless that's changed. It was a mess after Joyce retired but so much better now that Angie had taken over! :-)”

“When I first moved here I will admit I had a few issues with my mail being placed in someone elses boxes but thankfully that has pretty much stopped happening now that we've been here awhile.I utilize the USPS tracking app as well so I ALWAYS know whats coming and when.But I just love our 2 female mail carriers n Becky is an exceptional sweetheart! She even brought our pup Gizmo Christmas presents! (He adores her too lol). We even had a new neighbor move in whose children stole a pkg of ours n she helped me find out what happened. I am very happy with our carriers. After that pkg was stolen she took/takes great care to not leave any pkgs unattended outside my door now either. She knocks to ensure Im home to receive them. The post office itself? Fantastic! Always prompt, courteous and professional service when I mail out pkgs or go to purchase money orders etc. Very nice n friendly. I am quite pleased with the Holly Pond mail service all the way around”
“My grandmother paid to have a package delivered to me on Saturday the 22nd and the tracking number said it was going to be delivered that day but it ended up saying held at post office upon customers request which was not true so I had to wait through the weekend because the post office was not open, today I called the post office and I got a called back and he apologized and was trying to get to the bottom of why it wasn’t delivered and where it was at, he said he was going to call the Milk carrier and within 10 minutes of that my package was delivered in my mailbox. It was definitely inconvenient to have it not delivered when it should’ve been but they fix the problem right away and we’re very very nice!”
