Gave out my money to someone else inside the bank and I still have not received my money back. They do not use deposit slips. I wouldn’t trust this branch. They did not seem to follow protocol. Never thought a bank could make an error of giving my money out to someone inside of the bank. I also live in complete different state don’t understand how this mistake could have been made if protocol was followed.

We have dealt with the Arab branch multiple times concerning my mother’s account. Bailey specifically has been unorganized, unavailable and unable to accomplish what we have needed. Drove out of my way to the Albertville branch hoping to get things taken care of and guess what? They accomplished at this branch what the Arab branch was either unable or unwilling to do. Made the mistake of going back to Arab branch today and as usual they were unable to pull up the info that the Albertville branch had submitted into my mom’s account. Birmingham can pull up the info. Albertville can pull up the info but not Arab. Incompetence is the name of the game at the Regions Bank in Arab. Spread the word.

iam a member a region bank for 8 years but only I noticed the staff in arab.they our not friendly and the manager is rude.i don't appreciate how they approach me.i think because iam Asian.

I am always informed by an Email if something is not right with my checking account. They are quick to freeze my account if something goes wrong in order to protect my account... I also used Regions when I was probating my uncles estate and had to set up a special account for the estate. The Lady who her set it up was very kind and walked us through the whole process with ease.... Thank you all...

This branch is such a blight on regions banks credibility in general. I have banked with regions half my life and this branch makes me want to go to another bank. The manager is insufferable, condescending and careless. He goes out of his way to cause problems with the people of Arab. This branch has become the laughing stock of this town and anyone here will warn you against going to this branch. I have had problems with this branch before but i thought by now corperate regions would have removed these incompetent people from the branch yet they haven't. Im fed up. On top of all the problems I have had, they don't even answer the phone. They are all rude and act like their problems are more important than yours. Regions has got to do something about this branch. The people of Arab have been suffering because of them for many reasons and it's been like this for many years now.

Do NOT Bank at this branch.. everyone in town warned be about how incompetent this branch was. I opened an account anyways, now I can't access my own account until next week because the guy who helped me open the account put in my social wrong and my card won't accept it to activate. Can't use the regions app, can't see my deposit info without calling and waiting 45 minutes to talk to customer support.. Have to wait until next week to go into the branch to fix it because unlike the people at the branch, I work weekends and past 4 PM

My father banks with Regions. The atm was down and we had to go inside. My father is a stroke victim who is partially paralyzed and suffers from brain damage due to his stroke. The ladies at the desk were very polite and tried to help. The manager on the other hand was very RUDE and didn't try at all to help. He is a sorry excuse of a bank manager. Me and my family will be finding another bank to us due to his unprofessional attitude. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

No local phone number for Arab branch. I have to call 800 number apparently because the local bankers cannot be trusted to answer questions about a local account.
