Bought planter from the store that was priced for 25% off stated on sign all planters manager refused to change the price stated the sign was in wrong place I stated the sign said all planters and was just unprofessional about saying customer isn’t always right and that I didn’t have to purchase the planter I stated that’s false advertising wether the sign was in the wrong place or not it stated all planters 25% off

drove 35 minutes to get a product that said there was 6 in stock, first the young dirty blonde girl said that they probably wernt actually in stock. so when i asked can someone go and look a young man said oh it’s probably in the back but it’s gong to take me 1-2 days to get it. So what happens if i did in store same day pick up online ? you just don’t do it or ? I was planning on spending over 600$ on raised garden beds and additional on equipment. but i will take my business to somewhere else. Do NOT COME HERE. managers are no help either ! rude and condescending over the phone

The staff at Arab tractor supply company are first class they helped me get my new mower home even though they didn’t have to and after the sale they went above and beyond to take care of other issues I had quickly thanks again to crew and by the way the toro mower is great

I Purchased white broad breasted turkeys. Took them home, within 3 days the turkeys developed an issue with their bottoms. They were hanging out and bleeding. We lost 8 birds all together over 3 days. We contacted Tractor supply to inform them of the issue; hoping to prevent this from happening to anyone else. When the manager called back, she basically said she could care less. She stated the issue was with the hatchery, not theirs, “they just sold them”.
No cares were given, even though this issue could have taken out all of my birds if I had been less cautious and introduced them with my current birds. $80.00 Vs. thousand of dollars seems minimal, however, I’m sure I’m not alone.
How much money has tractor supply made by selling sick chicken, ducks and Turkeys.
I will not be shopping Tractor supply any longer.
Not because of sick Turkeys, but due to the pure lack of care they displayed. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or replacement. Simply trying to inform them of an issue.
Please do not introduce birds that you purchase with birds you have had. It can prove very fatal.

The store is usually clean, which is awesome for most of the stores in this town.However…there is a large age gap of employees who are beyond rude.I would like to say I have had amazing experiences with an older gentleman, over 65. And I have had great experiences with staff under the appearing age of 24.The staff between 24-65 is horrible!!! Management is a joke and will tell you multiple different stories when it comes to ordering anything they don’t have in stock.It’s best to drive to Cullman.

Went to pick up a bag of Dogfood at this location. They had 1 bag left and it was ripped and had a hole in it. You would think that a chain store like Tractor supply could keep a adequate amount of bags in stock without holes. I could have bought the bag however for $72 I'll take my bag without the holes. Went to Pet store and purchased there.

No refill of propane tanks available at this store. Don't have a license to yet. Nearest is in Cullman according to staff that pointed me to another business in town.
