I do not need a consult everytime I pick up a prescription. There is no consult if they are sent through the mail, there wasn't consults when there was curbside pickups. Stop wasting people time because you pharmacy has come into the 21st century.

Hello, I am very pleased to say that the customer service at arab pharmacy is amazing. They are very sweet, kind and very professional, and do their best to help you. I have been in Alabama for four years now I can honestly say this is one of the best pharmacies I have been to . I have three children and when one is sick they’re all sick, so I am nonstop having to get prescriptions. I have not worse in the last four years had a bad experience, any at the pharmacy, they even help me with over the counter stuff that may help my children and suggestions.

If you’re a Patient of Dr.Lachman (A Highly Respected & Loved Psychiatrist of Albertville by her community and her Patients), I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO ANY WALMART or PUBLIX ranging from Boaz to Arab or possibly any other different Walmarts/PUBLIX in this State altogether (Boaz, Albertville, Guntersville, Arab Walmart Supercenters & all PUBLIX). They (Pharmacist) will speak down to you like you’re a Piece of Trash and then will DENY Filling your prescriptions altogether.?♂️ ? It’s literally MIND-BLOWING how they TREAT GOOD PATIENTS who are Just Ordinary People who are going through some really Horrible Tough Times in their Daily Lives and for these Companies to further treatDr. Lachman Patients like we are scum or not worthy of living or being provided the medications that keep most of us alive or somewhat sane due to whatever issue/s they have against a Truly Admirable Psychiatrist. So this is a HEADS UP to anyone to let them know to avoid these Company Pharmacies at all cost! It’s 1 thing to DISLIKE a Doctor, but it’s a WHOLE Different level to Belittle and HATE her patients who are just trying to live and make it.

I've been to this place twice, and each time the medications that I've needed have been unavailable. The first time that I went here I wanted the J & J vaccine. Didn't have it, so I had to go to the health department to get it. The second time I went to this place I needed Paxlovid. Of course, it wasn't available; so I had to go all the way to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy in Guntersville to get something that should have been available in Arab. If you're going to call yourself a "pharmacy," then you should have the medications that people need--specifically, COVID-related medications.

This is my experience with new prescriptions. If my doctor calls in my prescription, its a 5 hour wait. If I drop off my prescription, its a 4 hour wait, and that's only if I tell them I am "in store waiting". At the drop-off window or sales counter they'll tell me the wait time is a half hour. This deceit will be repeated every half hour I check back. They'll offer to put me on the "expedited list" and act inconvenienced by my half hour inquiries.

Your pharmacy seriously needs to be more careful about overlapping prescriptions. Don't know if something is going on with your computers but it should be impossible to come one day and pick up a prescription and then pick up the same prescription the next day. I was told that my husband didn't tell them the dosage changed. Mind you, he is not the doctor and didn't write the prescription. Walmart "Please" pay more attention and realize your mistakes could be making people sick. Meds are not available and was told it could be 6 months before it was available.😱😩
